Supplements that I take Daily for Nervous System Support:
Supplementation has been an important part of my healing process. I recently started taking a new supplement recommended by the Medical Medium called Celeryforce by Vimergy, designed to work with celery juice (if you’d like to learn more about celery juice, check out my recent post “Celery Juice for Mental Illness“. I couldn’t believe how quickly I noticed a difference, and so I wanted to share it with you. Within minutes after taking it I noticed increased mental and emotional stability. I take it about 20 minutes before drinking my celery juice and it has substantially improved my day-to-day life in the past couple of weeks.
Celeryforce by Vimergy: this product contains Magnesium Glycinate, Inositol, L-Glutamine, L-Taurine, and Choline that help support the health of neurotransmitters and nerves.
Liquid B12 (w/ Methylcobalalmin and Adenosylcobalamin) by Vimergy: as I only take supplements recommended by the Medical Medium, this is the form of Liquid B12 that I take.
Lemon Balm Tea and Nettle Leaf Tea by Traditional Medicinals: I drink these two anti-viral herbal teas daily to help calm my nervous system. I like to put one tea bag of each in my travel mug at work, along with some raw honey. It’s so delicious!!!
Supplements that I take Daily for Immune System Support:
Ester-C by Vimergy: I take Vitamin C daily to help maintain my immune system.
Liquid Zinc Sulfate by Vimergy: I take this daily to support my immune system.
Chaga Mushroom by Vimergy: I take this every day for immune support. Chaga is an incredible mushroom (it’s a fungus that repels other fungus).

Sovereign Silver Hydrosol Colloidal Silver by Sovereign Silver: I take this for additional immune support when I feel the need to.

In addition to some of the supplements listed above, I have some other core supplements that I take every day to maintain my routine (as well as the supplements for the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie, which you can learn more about in my post “Got Heavy Metals on the Brain?“.) Usually when I am reading the Medical Medium books or listening to the podcast episodes, I will intuitively try a new supplement if I feel like I need it. I understand that buying supplements can be a challenge. I budget $300/month out of my monthly budget for supplements, which I need in order to stay healthy and functioning. This is a challenge for me. I still have to sacrifice many other things. I do the best that I can. However, I find this healing journey that I am on rewarding. I am so driven to do it after the years of suffering that I’ve been through. Please don’t get discouraged if you are not able to do everything that you want right now. It has been a long road for me and a process, and every year I make some progress. If you just pick one or two things to start, like the Celery Juice, and try to implement it into your daily routine, over time you can build a foundation and do more and more each step of the way.
